Shipping: Most orders ship by UPS or FedEx to your door. Orders are usually processed within 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Large or oversized items, like big chandeliers, ship by freight truck and usually take 2 to 3 weeks. The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery. Need it faster? Returns: Please check your order as soon as it arrives, before you schedule an electrician. Report any damage or missing parts right away, and no later than 14 days after delivery. To start a return, use our Returns Center or email [email protected]. Items must be unused, not installed, and in the original box. Sale and clearance items, light bulbs, parts, shades, and furniture cannot be returned.

Getting the Size Right

Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.

• Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
• Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
• Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
• Outdoor: confirm the fixture’s wet/damp rating and that its scale suits the exterior wall or ceiling — outdoor fixtures often need to read larger.
