Returns: Please check your order as soon as it arrives, before you schedule an electrician. Report any damage or missing parts right away, and no later than 14 days after delivery. To start a return, use our Returns Center or email [email protected]. Items must be unused, not installed, and in the original box. Sale and clearance items, light bulbs, parts, shades, and furniture cannot be returned.

These hoods are hand made of heavy gauge brass, and the glass is also bound together by hand. Also available with a fluorescent ballast upon request. Each framburg lighting product is hand made in America.
Getting the Size Right
Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.
- Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
- Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
- Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
- Outdoor: confirm the fixture’s wet/damp rating and that its scale suits the exterior wall or ceiling — outdoor fixtures often need to read larger.
