The next generation of track lighting is here with the ultra-slim Continuum series from ET2. Field adjustable track lengths can be extended, connected, or cut to fit the space they are installed. On them, a variety of low voltage light sources can be quickly snapped into place adding and directing light exactly where desired. Various power feed options are available including recessed, on-track, or integrated dimmable driver and switch. Available in Matte Black or Matte White, the track lengths can even be painted to match the exact paint color of the surfaces they are installed. This adaptable track system makes it simple to design the lighting in your space according to your vision and is only limited to your imagination.
Getting the Size Right
Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.
- Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
- Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
- Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
- Outdoor: confirm the fixture’s wet/damp rating and that its scale suits the exterior wall or ceiling — outdoor fixtures often need to read larger.

This category includes picture lights, under-cabinet strips, cove lighting, sign lights, and other niche fixtures outside standard chandeliers and sconces. Each product type has unique mounting and electrical requirements — read specs carefully.
Both styles exist. Hardwired picture lights need a junction box behind or above the artwork. Plug-in models use a cord and wall outlet — easier for renters. Match width to artwork — fixture length roughly ½ to ¾ of frame width.
3000K neutral white renders colors accurately without excessive warmth. High-CRI bulbs (90+) show true reds and blues. Avoid UV-heavy sources that fade art — LED picture lights are generally safe at moderate output.
Low-voltage LED strips and puck lights often need a driver (similar to a transformer). Line-voltage fixtures plug in or hardwire directly. Confirm what is included — buying strips without a driver means an extra component.
Depends on the product. LED strips need compatible dimmers and often a dimmable driver. Check the full system compatibility before install — mixing non-dimmable drivers with dimmer switches causes flicker or failure.
Niche products often come from different factories with unique finish palettes. Picture lights in "Antique Bronze" may not match chandelier bronze from the same brand. Treat specialty items as accent pieces where close match is enough.
Many use 12V or 24V DC with a line-voltage driver. Driver wattage must exceed total strip wattage. Low-voltage systems need correct wire gauge for run length — voltage drop dims lights at the far end of long runs.
Usually yes — outdoor-rated specialty lights can go indoors. Indoor-only items lack weather sealing for outdoor use. Check Safety Rating and IP rating for wet locations.
Hardwired models connect inside the cabinet or wall. Plug-in models route cords through cable channels or under-cabinet raceways. Battery-powered pucks avoid wiring but need periodic battery changes.
