The Captra Chandelier by Sean Lavin from Tech Lighting features a meticulously detailed metal spinning that outlines the fixture's light engine and is captured inside a clear casing to create a strikingly contemporary cylindrical pendant. Mounting the pendants onto this MonoRail-based Low-Voltage System creates a unique chandelier that will make a bold and sophisticated statement in any space. The system is extremely versatile and customizable with the ability to add or remove pendants, move the pendants around, and even change-out the pendants in the future.
Getting the Size Right
Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.
- Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
- Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
- Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
