Product Description
Perfect as a space divider, on either side of a headboard, or simply as a whimsical art installation, the Abacus 6-Light Ceiling-to-Floor LED Pendant features six blown glass globes. With adjustable height cables, the Abacus can be customized to suit any space. True to its namesake, the Abacus globes can be moved up and down their low-voltage cable "rails" by virtue of tiny grippers on each side, to customize each globe's position, with small, solid steel balls anchoring each cable.
Getting the Size Right
Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.
- Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
- Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
- Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
- Outdoor: confirm the fixture’s wet/damp rating and that its scale suits the exterior wall or ceiling — outdoor fixtures often need to read larger.
