Product Description
The Chrysalis 9-Light Large Crystal Pendant is the perfect focal piece for a stairwell or other central or corner space where cascading crystals lit from within create a waterfall of light when pendants are staggered. Highly-customizable, each individual pendant is suspended via low-voltage cable from its round canopy. A thick, clear layer of glass is encased in an outer cocoon of hand-blown, colored glass (matte black or white, all 9 are same color). The lower portion of the outer layer of glass is removed by hand-polishing it, revealing the inner clear layer below.
Getting the Size Right
Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.
- Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
- Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
- Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
- Outdoor: confirm the fixture’s wet/damp rating and that its scale suits the exterior wall or ceiling — outdoor fixtures often need to read larger.
