Check Estimated Ship Date on each product — furniture often ships in 2–8 weeks depending on finish and stock. Custom colors extend lead time. Freight transit adds 3–10 business days after ship.

Note damage on the freight bill at delivery and contact us immediately with photos. Do not discard packaging until the claim resolves. Concealed damage claims have a limited window — inspect all cartons on delivery.

Spec sheet dimensions are nominal — wood products vary ±½ inch. Allow clearance for doorways and stair turns before ordering large pieces. Measure your path from curb to installation room.

Tall units and those with marble tops may require anti-tip wall brackets — especially with children in the home. Follow included anchoring instructions. Stone tops are heavy — ensure floor load capacity.
