Product Description
Stilo 7 is a classic open-ended cylinder of handcrafted glass, a shape that will stand the test of time. Our Cherry glass is a soft off-white cased glass that is handcrafted with spiraling strokes of dark red, emphasizing the subtle brush pattern. The reddish rippled design is subdued and harmonious. Unlit, it appears as simply a textured surface like wood grain, but when lit the texture comes alive. The smooth satin finish on the clear outer layer is a result of an extensive etching process, with the texture of the subtle brushing. This blown glass is handcrafted by a skilled artisan, utilizing century-old techniques passed down from generation to generation. The 12V cord pendant fixture is equipped with a 10` coaxial cord with Teflon jacket. These stylish and functional luminaries are offered in a beautiful brushed Bronze finish.
Getting the Size Right
Dimensions matter for every lighting type. Check the full Dimensions & Size specs above against your space before ordering.
- Hanging fixtures: for a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 30–36″ above the table. In an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of floor clearance.
- Chandelier diameter: a common starting point is room length (ft) + room width (ft) = fixture diameter in inches.
- Vanity & sconces: mount sconces about eye level (60–66″) and size vanity lights to roughly 75% of the mirror width.
- Outdoor: confirm the fixture’s wet/damp rating and that its scale suits the exterior wall or ceiling — outdoor fixtures often need to read larger.
