Meyer was a master craftsman and inventor, and his wife Ida, was a natural businesswoman - together they combined their names to form the Meyda Lighting Brand we know today. They continue to operate as a family-run business and have evolved from a home-based organization to a 180,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Yorkville, New York.
