In-Store Returns

If there is an issue with your order please contact our showroom within 48 hours of picking up/receiving your item. See below for non-returnable goods.


  • Opened ceiling fans
  • Anything on sale/discounted
  • Anything custom 
  • Installed fixtures
  • Furniture and vanities
  • Non-stocked items can be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee(s)

Credit will be issued when the item(s) is received in good condition, in the original box. Failure to do this may result in no refund. In some cases the vendor must inspect the returned item(s) before credit is awarded.
